Lansing Dental Office

Root Canal, Root-Canal Therapy, and Endodontics

When the inner pulp of a tooth becomes infected, a root canal may be recommended to save the natural tooth. During this procedure, the damaged tissue is gently removed from the center of the tooth, and the space is cleaned and reinforced with a filling material to restore strength and function.

Root canal treatment, also called endodontic therapy, removes infection from inside the tooth while helping prevent future problems. By preserving the natural tooth structure, this treatment can relieve discomfort and allow you to keep your smile healthy and intact.

Dental Bridges

These restorative treatments are designed to replace one or more missing teeth by bridging the space between them. Dental bridges are created by joining one or more crowns, which are then securely attached to the surrounding teeth. This approach fills the gap, restores the appearance of your smile, and helps balance the forces of your bite more evenly.

Teeth Whitening

We offer professional teeth whitening treatments that are safe, effective, and far more powerful than over-the-counter products. Every whitening experience begins with a consultation so we can recommend the option that best fits your goals. During treatment, a professional grade whitening gel is applied to your teeth and activated with a special light or laser to enhance results. The process is comfortable, efficient, and designed to noticeably brighten your smile!

Dentures

Partial and full dentures offer reliable options for replacing missing teeth, whether you need to restore just a few teeth or an entire smile. Dentures can be removable or fixed, depending on your needs and preferences. If you’re considering dentures, we invite you to schedule a consultation with our office so we can help you determine the solution that’s right for you.

Bar-Retained Dentures

Bar-retained dentures are for patients that are looking for more permanent solutions, opposed to removable dentures. Three or more implants are inserted into the jawbone, to which a denture is attached by a metal clip and bar.

Ball-Retained Dentures

Ball-retained dentures are also designed for patients looking for a permanent solution. This secure tooth-replacement option allows for open palate dentures to be possible. They operate by a ball-and-socket mechanism.
